I don't get the OTP email.
Check your spam folder, wait a few minutes, then request it again. The code verifies your account or resets your password.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Account tab (person icon), scroll to the bottom, choose “Delete account” and confirm twice. Your photos, log, settings, chat history and account are deleted.
I want a copy of my data.
There is no export button yet. Email us from your registered address to receive a copy.
I can't attach a photo to a cigarette.
Q-Smoke needs camera or photo-library access. Open iPhone Settings → Q-Smoke, allow access, then try again.
Does the AI assistant replace a doctor?
No. It is for encouragement and reference only and may be wrong. For severe withdrawal symptoms or other conditions, see a doctor.
